This Privacy Policy explains how Snooze and Lose handles information used to operate the app and related payment flows.

Information we process

  • Device-based or app-generated account identifiers.
  • Alarm settings, stake amounts, charity selections, and wallet balances.
  • Payment-related records from Paddle, such as order IDs, customer IDs, email address, and purchase or refund amounts.
  • Support communications you send to us directly.

How we use information

  • To provide alarm, wallet, and charity payout functionality.
  • To process purchases, withdrawals, refunds, and fraud-prevention checks.
  • To respond to support requests and maintain service integrity.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. We do not store your full card number or card security code. Paddle may collect and process billing information under its own privacy terms.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to operate Snooze and Lose, such as Paddle for payment processing, or when required by law.

Retention

We retain operational and payment records for as long as needed to run the service, support users, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask questions about your data. Because the service may rely on device-based account state and payment records, deleting the app alone does not necessarily remove all associated operational records.
