Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Snooze and Lose, a stake-based alarm app operated by Harry Adel. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Snooze and Lose lets you preload wallet credits, set alarms, and optionally attach a monetary stake to an alarm. The app is intended for personal use only.
2. Wallet credits and alarm stakes
- Wallet credits are currently sold in fixed prepaid amounts.
- Using a monetary stake is optional, but a positive stake is required for staked alarms.
- If you dismiss a staked alarm on time, the stake remains in your balance.
- If you fail to dismiss in time, 50% of the missed stake is allocated to your selected charity and 50% is retained by Snooze and Lose.
3. Payments
- Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
- We do not store your full payment card details.
- Taxes, billing, and payment compliance obligations may be handled by Paddle according to the buyer’s location.
4. Withdrawals and refunds
Available balance may be withdrawn back to the original payment method according to the current withdrawal rules shown in the app and on the pricing page. Lost stakes and completed charity allocations are not reversible except where required by law.
5. Device-based accounts
Snooze and Lose may use device-based or anonymous account identifiers. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and account. We are not responsible for losses caused by losing access to your device or failing to preserve your account state.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users’ data, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Snooze and Lose is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harry Adel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments, device failures, or payment disputes outside our reasonable control.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
