Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Snooze and Lose purchases may be reversed and how unused wallet funds are returned.
Unused wallet balance
If you have available wallet balance that is not currently locked in an active stake, you can request a withdrawal back to your original payment method. Withdrawals are currently supported in $5, $10, or $20 amounts, or for your full available balance when that balance is at least $1.00.
Credit pack purchases
Once a credit pack has been successfully added to your in-app wallet, the purchase is generally treated as delivered. The normal way to recover unused value is through the withdrawal flow described above.
Lost stakes and charity allocations
If you miss a staked alarm and the stake has already been applied, that outcome is final. The portion allocated to charity and the portion retained by Snooze and Lose are not refundable except where required by law.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at harryadelb@gmail.com. We will review the payment record and, if appropriate, coordinate a refund or correction through Paddle.
Processing times
Approved withdrawals and refunds are returned to the original payment method, but the final posting time depends on Paddle, your card network, and your bank.
